General

FastTrak.exe is normally run from a shared folder on the network.  There is usually no need to install the application on individual workstations.

Read

All users need to have read and execute access to the main program folder (called "Application root") and subfolders. The root is where FastTrak.EXE and FastTrak.UDL can be found. Protocol folders are subfolders to the root, and contain files specific for a particular domain, like diabetes, hip surgery or nursing homes.  Examples of protocol folders are NDV, GBD, HAND, CTS, HOFTE.

Write

All users should have write permissions on the subfolders.
